Issuing Courses Certificates
A premium service for our members, including trainers, training centers, and training departments. We issue certificates to member trainees, along with plastic training cards bearing the details of training certificates for programs registered or accredited by HUDEX. Certificates and cards are issued in English only and for a reasonable, discounted fee, and sent to members via international express shipping (door-to-door) within a few days.

Reviewing Training Packages Prior to Accreditation
Before granting accreditation to any training package, our team conducts a thorough evaluation of its structure, content, and training materials. This review ensures full alignment with our quality standards and confirms that the package effectively supports its intended learning objectives. As a result, every training certificate issued by HUDEX represents an internationally recognized US credential that reflects the high quality of the training program completed by the participant.
Procedures for Certificate Issuance
To request training certificates or training cards from HUDEX, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
1- The trainer’s membership with HUDEX must be valid at the time of the request.
2- The member must have registered and accredited their training course or training package with HUDEX by submitting the official registration form. Upon approval, the trainer receives a registration certificate with a unique registration number, which will be included on all future certificates issued for that course.
3- When requesting certificates, the member must submit the 'list of trainees' along with the course details using the designated trainee list form. Once received, HUDEX will calculate the applicable fees and provide payment instructions.
Important Notes
1. Accuracy of Trainee Names:
When submitting trainee names for certificate issuance, members must ensure that all names, especially those written in English, are accurate and correctly spelled. Certificates are printed exactly as the names are provided. HUDEX bears no responsibility for typographical errors, and members will be charged the full cost of reissuing corrected certificates, including any applicable shipping fees.
2. Authorized Issuance of Certificates and Cards:
HUDEX has no representatives in any country other than those officially listed on our “Contact” page. Neither representatives nor members are authorized to issue HUDEX certificates, training cards, membership cards, stamps, or accreditations on their own.
All certificates, cards, accreditations, and official seals are issued exclusively by HUDEX.
Every certificate we issue carries a unique reference number that can be verified through our online verification system, where the certificate details will appear instantly.
