These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the HUDEX website, certification services, membership system, and all related materials. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility and Membership
1. Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable information.
2. HUDEX reserves the right to approve, reject, or request modifications to any accreditation or membership application.

2. Use of HUDEX Logo
Certified entities may use the HUDEX logo only under the following conditions:
1. The logo may only be used while membership is valid.
2. The logo must not be altered, distorted, or used in misleading contexts.
3. Any promotional material using the HUDEX logo must reflect accurate certification status.
4. The logo may be used in the member's printed materials and publications, as well as in their advertisements, in a manner that does not suggest the advertisement is issued by the administration or is a joint effort between the member and the administration.
5. The logo must be displayed in a small size in one corner of the certificates issued by the member, with dimensions not exceeding 2x2 cm.
6. Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of membership and all associated privileges.
HUDEX may revoke logo usage rights at any time if misuse is detected.

3. Grounds for Membership Suspension or Cancellation
HUDEX may suspend or terminate membership or accreditation under any of the following circumstances:
1. Submission of falsified or misleading information.
2. Misuse of the HUDEX logo, seal, or accreditation status.
3. Failure to comply with HUDEX standards, policies, or ethical guidelines.
4. Engaging in activities that harm HUDEX’s reputation or violate applicable laws.
5. Non-payment of required fees or renewal charges.
Decisions regarding cancellation are final and may be issued without prior notice in cases of severe violations.

4. Responsibilities of Certified Entities
Accredited organizations must:
1. Maintain the quality standards required by HUDEX.
2. Notify HUDEX of any major changes in program structure, ownership, or delivery.
3. Renew Certification within the specified timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the HUDEX website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital materials, is the exclusive property of HUDEX and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
HUDEX is not responsible for:
1. Any losses resulting from misuse of accreditation by third parties.
2. Technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our control.

7. Amendments
HUDEX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
